The Neurobiology of Resilience of Training Series 2023
Cultivating Post-Traumatic Growth and Resilience Through the Lens of Neurobiology for the New Year: Polyvagal-Informed Resilient Series
This series is for the practitioner who wants inside out learning around different topics connected to resilience to support themselves and their clients. Each 75-minute module will cover a different topic on resilience through the lens of neurobiology. Each module will include skills of nervous system regulation as a platform for resilience. When neurobiology is in the foundation of resilience practices, it means there is less need to manage or “push through”—leading to more ease in life. The information and skills taught will be useful to practitioners and individuals wanting to deepen their application of polyvagal theory.
This training can be done as single trainings or as a block. Register here for both online or check payment
